When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Which delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK deliveries.
How long does delivery take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of 48 hours, but this is not guaranteed. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, weather disruption or unforeseen delays.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
