Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

• It is unused and in original condition
• It is returned within 30 days of delivery
• It is in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used (e.g. worn garments or opened personal items).

How to Return

1. Email support@miqat.co.uk with your order number
2. We will provide return instructions
3. Send the item back using a tracked service

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection
• Please allow 3–5 working days after receiving the item

Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
